Young Hye grew up in Rainbow Orphanage with Han Ju and Jin Ki. Even though Young Hye knows Han Ju is in love with her, she marries Duk Soo, the successor of Golden Fisheries, to escape poverty. However, when Duk Soo passes away, his mother, Jung Sim, takes her daughter, Ha Bin, and kicks her out of their house. Not long after, she finds out Ha Bin went missing and died, so she prepares to get revenge on Jung Sim. Meanwhile, Ha Bin, who is known to have died, is actually found in the mountains by Man Won, and Han Ju adopts her. Ha Bin lives as Kim Baek Won and goes through joy and sorrows with another six children adopted by Han Ju. Jin Ki's son, Do Young, is treated as an outsider by his family, and therefore, he grows up as a rebel. He has no hope for his life until he meets Baek Won, who is the opposite of him.
